How to cook?

  • In a saucepan, pour 1 cup of milk or water.
  • Add 3 tablespoon of Barley Porridge in the saucepan.
  • Place the saucepan on the stove over medium flame.
  • Stir the oats occasionally as they cook to prevent sticking and ensure even cooking.
  • Cook the oats for 3 to 5 minutes, or until they are tender and the liquid is absorbed to your desired consistency.
  • Once the oats are cooked, remove the saucepan from the stove.
  • Serve the cooked oats hot in a bowl.
  • You can also add seasonal fruits to enhance the taste even more
  • You can add honey as well; it will give a better taste and a nice flavor
