How to cook?

  1. In a saucepan, pour 1 cup of milk or water.
  2. Add 3 tablespoon of Barley Porridge in the saucepan.
  3. Place the saucepan on the stove over medium flame.
  4. Stir the oats occasionally as they cook to prevent sticking and ensure even cooking.
  5. Cook the oats for 3 to 5 minutes, or until they are tender and the liquid is absorbed to your desired consistency.
  6. Once the oats are cooked, remove the saucepan from the stove.
  7. Serve the cooked oats hot in a bowl.
  8. You can also add seasonal fruits to enhance the taste even more
  9. You can add honey as well; it will give a better taste and a nice flavor
