Morning:
Have barley porridge (available at our store or any mart), 1 boiled egg, 1 apple and tea. Completely eliminate bread from your diet — do not consume it at all.
Afternoon:
Eat salad with yogurt or chickpeas, or whatever meal is cooked, but replace wheat roti with barley roti. After the meal, drink the weight LOSS tea.
Dinner:
Eat whatever is cooked, but always use barley roti instead of wheat roti
